Include

• Your Pebsla account email.
• Your Pebble model and app version.
• Whether the issue is setup, Tesla authorization, credits, last known status or a vehicle command.
• Any short error text shown on the watch.

Safety

Do not email Tesla passwords, OAuth tokens, watch tokens or payment card details. Pebsla support will never ask for your Tesla password.

Credits and payments

For credits, payment, cancellation, data deletion or invoice questions, contact the same support address with your account email. Credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are added to your Pebsla account.
