Pebsla Terms of Service

These Terms are between you and Techconnect Sp. z o.o. ("Techconnect", "we", "us") for use of Pebsla.

Service

Pebsla is a third-party Pebble watch application and backend service for Tesla owners. It shows last known vehicle status and can send owner-requested vehicle commands through Tesla-authorized APIs after the user completes Tesla OAuth and virtual key setup.

Eligibility

You must own or be authorized to use the Tesla account and vehicle connected to Pebsla. You are responsible for keeping your Tesla account, Pebble account and watch secure.

Safety

Vehicle commands may affect a real vehicle. Use Pebsla only when it is safe and lawful to do so. Pebsla may apply daily command, wake and data limits to protect users from accidental actions and unexpected API cost.

Credits and payments

New accounts may receive trial credits once per vehicle, valid for 7 days. Continued refreshes and vehicle commands require credits. Purchased credits are valid for 1 year from the date they are added to your Pebsla account. Credit pack prices are listed on the Pebsla product page. Billing, invoices, taxes, refunds and payment method handling are managed by Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

Pebsla depends on Tesla services, Pebble/Rebble services, internet connectivity and third-party payment services. Pebsla is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Tesla, Pebble or Rebble.

Availability

Pebsla is provided on a best-effort basis. Features may be unavailable because of Tesla API changes, vehicle connectivity, account authorization changes, Pebble platform behavior, server maintenance or payment status.

Support and Termination

Contact support@techconnect.pl for product support, account deletion or credits/payment access questions. Pebsla may suspend access for abuse, repeated failed payments, security risk or violation of these terms.

Liability

Pebsla is provided without warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Pebsla is not liable for indirect losses, vehicle issues, third-party outages or actions taken from your authenticated watch or account.
